What you will do

• Drive decision support activities, providing timely financial insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with Product Management for decision-making, prioritization, and performance tracking.
• Own governance processes for investment approvals, including eCAR creation and tracking.
• Develop reporting on infrastructure costs by facility and vendor with Technology and FP&A teams.
• Support planning, forecasting, and analysis for infrastructure, product, and investment spend.
• Lead analysis on sales pipeline, churn, headcount utilization, and infrastructure costs.
• Build and automate financial models and dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
• Prepare insights for senior management reviews and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or decision support roles.
• Proven partnering with senior stakeholders in Product, Technology, or infrastructure teams.
• Experience with business cases, governance, and approval processes like eCARs.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and large dataset analysis.
• Power BI experience for creating dashboards.
• Strong planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication.

Nice to have

• Infrastructure cost analysis, vendor spend, or technology investment tracking.
• Accounting qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with integration or transformation programs like Project Cicada.
