TL;DR

Legal Operations Clerk (Legal Tech/AI): Support daily business activities of Legal Operations division including financial management, vendor management, contract oversight, and systems administration with an accent on progressive technologies and AI tools. Focus on administering ebilling system (Legal Tracker), contract lifecycle management (DocuSign CLM), processing invoices via SAP Concur, mapping workflows to AI capabilities, and maintaining AI-ready knowledge systems.

Onsite: Las Vegas, NV, US or Franklin, TN, US. Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.

$20.50 - $37.70 per hour

What you will do

• Support Legal Operations with financial management, vendor management, contract oversight, systems, knowledge management, and project administration.
• Lead administration of ebilling system (Legal Tracker) including AI-enabled intake, user training, billing, reports, RFPs, and collaborator relationships.
• Process purchase orders and invoices using SAP Concur.
• Assist with contract lifecycle management system (DocuSign CLM) including maintenance, user support, metadata, and training.
• Map workflow pain points to AI capabilities and recommend tools or pilots; prepare knowledge systems for AI use.
• Handle communications, facility/equipment requests, onboarding/offboarding, and document filing.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years legal experience at law firm, in-house, or equivalent.
• 1+ years with legal technology including AI features (CLM, e-billing, GenAI) or supporting GenAI pilots.
• Bachelor’s degree, Paralegal certificate, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong curiosity for legal operations career, especially LLMs and generative AI.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing skills; self-motivated, organized, tech-savvy.
• Working knowledge of legal contracts, terminology, principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, DocuSign, Adobe, SAP Concur.
