What you will do

• Act as the primary technical liaison for CXone customers, managing custom deployment projects from pre-sales to onboarding.
• Elicit and document business and system-level requirements to develop Statements of Work (SOW) for enterprise clients.
• Design scalable, customer-centric solutions integrating AI, NLP, and platforms like Cognigy.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales Engineering, and Account Executives to scope tailored solutions.
• Lead technical architecture analysis, design, and enhancement throughout the solution life-cycle.
• Deliver technical presentations, impact assessments, and project readouts to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, consulting, and contact center environments.
• Proven expertise in integration architecture and solution design.
• Familiarity with AI and NLP technologies, particularly within the CX domain.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle with a strong focus on pre-sales and scoping.
• Proficiency in MS Office and diagramming tools like MS Visio.
