Salary: $225,000 - $275,000 USD (US); $275,000 - $300,000 USD (US Premium Markets)

What you will do

• Lead pre-sales technical evaluations from architecture reviews to POCs and production deployments for LLM observability.
• Engage data/ML engineers and architects to map LLM stacks, trace volumes, and workflows to hirify.global + Langfuse.
• Source pipeline through community and ecosystem relationships; partner with AEs to close AI observability deals.
• Represent hirify.global in Langfuse community via forums, GitHub, events, and technical content creation.
• Design reference implementations, schemas, and ingestion patterns for scale LLM trace data.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in LLM observability or AI monitoring as vendor or practitioner.
• Technical depth in AI stack: prompt engineering, RAG, evaluation frameworks, token economics, data infrastructure.
• Customer-facing experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, or TAM.
• Strong data infrastructure foundation: analytical databases, distributed systems, cloud; hirify.global/Postgres plus.
• Open source orientation and community understanding.
