Salary: $172,550 – $203,000

What you will do
- Design and scale robust systems within an autonomous, cross-functional team.
- Tackle complex architectural challenges that directly impact patient access to care.
- Lead critical technical initiatives and shape an AI-forward engineering culture.
- Foster high-performing culture through code reviews, technical documentation, and mentoring junior engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience building and scaling web applications.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot).
- Ability to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure distributed systems.
- Must be based in the United States (currently not hiring in Hawaii).
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare technology, specifically with HIPAA-compliant systems.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM-based features or agentic workflows into production.
- Familiarity with AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD optimization.
- Advanced knowledge of database design and performance tuning for PostgreSQL.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
