Location: Remote - USA
Base salary $112,000–$154,000 per year (higher in NYC, SF Bay Area, Seattle); variable compensation possible

What you will do
- Build and scale competitive intelligence program from the ground up as a core Product Marketing function.
- Own centralized competitive intelligence repository as the single source of truth.
- Conduct deep competitive research on products, positioning, pricing, and strategy.
- Embed AI into workflows for scanning, teardowns, battlecards, and dynamic tools.
- Develop competitor tiering model, tooling, and tech stack for scalable CI.
- Analyze announcements and launches, create forward-looking POVs and executive narratives.
- Run briefings for customer-facing teams and provide insights to inform positioning, roadmap, pricing.
- Partner with Content team on competitive assets.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Competitive Intelligence, Product Marketing, or related in SaaS
- Proven experience building and owning CI programs and repositories impacting Sales and CS
- Demonstrated curiosity and resourcefulness in uncovering insights
- Strong understanding of modern CI tools, workflows, and AI usage
- Strong communication to synthesize complex info for stakeholders and executives
- High attention to detail and ownership
- Comfort in ambiguity and building systems from scratch
Nice to have
- Experience in vertical SaaS, especially self-care (medspa, salon, spa)
- Supporting mid-market or enterprise sales
- Background in strategy, consulting, or market research
- Building CI programs in high-growth environments
