What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end product marketing for billing, pricing, and monetization initiatives, including launch strategies and external messaging.
  • Develop GTM strategies for product launches that enable large organizations to manage and scale hirify.global effectively.
  • Craft clear, concise customer communications to help admins and buyers navigate complex billing and plan changes.
  • Equip Sales teams with the necessary resources and enablement to position Enterprise capabilities and grow key accounts.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team on integrated campaigns spanning onboarding, activation, and retention.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, specifically supporting Enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional GTM initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Experience crafting high-stakes customer communications for billing, pricing, or monetization models.
  • Ability to partner with Product teams and drive alignment with executive stakeholders.
  • Comfort handling complexity in pricing models, billing logic, and admin workflows.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with consumption-based or usage-based pricing models.
  • Background marketing to admin, IT, or procurement personas at large enterprises.
  • Experience with AI product marketing or marketing AI-powered features.
