Salary: Base starting at $180,000

What you will do

• Provide technical direction, architectural guidance, and lead design/implementation of scalable features for the V2 Platform.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers through coaching, feedback, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Own end-to-end project execution from requirements to release, including monitoring and resiliency planning.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Operations, and external partners to translate business needs into technical plans.
• Drive engineering standards in code quality, testing, documentation, and system reliability.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
• 8+ years building applications with React, Node.js, NestJS, REST, PostgreSQL
• 2+ years with Kafka or similar data streaming
• Expertise in microservices with Docker, Kubernetes; AWS preferred
• Demonstrated experience leading engineers through mentorship or project oversight
• Strong technical judgment, ownership mindset, communication, and collaboration skills
