What you will do

• Build and operate AWS infrastructure based on customer requirements for 150+ client organizations.
• Develop data infrastructure improvements, pipeline automation, and systems for metadata/configuration/data processing.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and security hardening for platform reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Participate in feature rollouts with solution architects, forward-deployed engineers, and customer success teams.
• Lead adoption of AI tools (LLMs) in SDLC to accelerate delivery and reduce MTTR.
• Handle on-call rotation and resolve customer issues promptly.

Requirements

• US-based in Pacific Time Zone for this role.
• Proficiency in Python for backend APIs/microservices and deep troubleshooting.
• Expert AWS knowledge for scalable architectures; Terraform/Scalr and GitHub Actions CI/CD.
• Networking fundamentals (subnets, CIDR, VPCs).
• Expertise in Snowflake, Databricks, Airflow, Temporal.
• Experience leveraging AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Cursor) in workflows.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and cross-team communication.
