What you will do

• Own line setting strategy and projection accuracy for fantasy markets, balancing coverage and quality.
• Lead and grow a team of data scientists and analysts focused on market creation and prop origination.
• Oversee development and deployment of projection models and coverage expansion across major sports and esports.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Pricing, and BizOps to launch new markets.
• Guide experimentation on line accuracy, prop selection, and coverage strategy.
• Maintain frameworks for projection accuracy, coverage quality, and market health monitoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years in sports betting, fantasy, or gaming industries with line setting, trading, or player modeling exposure.
• Strong foundation in data science, statistics, or software engineering.
• Demonstrated experience leading and scaling high-output teams.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R; predictive modeling, forecasting, statistical techniques.
• Deep understanding of player props and sports/esports markets.
• Track record driving complex projects in fast-paced environments; strong cross-functional communication.
