Salary: $106,600 – $170,000

What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for video ad technology across CTV platforms.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Partner with Sales, Yield, and Revenue Operations to align ad tech solutions with business objectives.
• Own debugging and optimization for ad delivery systems, including network call tracing and performance troubleshooting.
• Conduct code reviews and approve production deployments to ensure technical stability.
• Monitor KPIs related to revenue, engagement, and product performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of digital product management experience with a focus on video ad tech and CTV platforms (e.g., Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV).
• Hands-on experience with FreeWheel, Google Ad Manager (GAM), and IMA SDK.
• Technical proficiency with debugging tools such as Chrome DevTools, Charles Proxy, and Postman.
• Experience using GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex ad delivery issues.
