What you will do

• Define long-term roadmap for foundational content understanding signals including topicality, content maturity, and quality scores.
• Drive integration of ML signals into downstream products like Feed, Ads, Search, and Safety to improve personalization and brand safety.
• Establish standardized definitions and success metrics for content quality across product surfaces.
• Lead strategy for high-quality training data using Human-in-the-Loop workflows and LLM-assisted evaluation.
• Monitor signal health, coverage, accuracy, and translate performance into business impact like retention and engagement.
• Navigate tradeoffs between Policy, Engineering, and Product teams to balance safety and growth goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience focused on Machine Learning, NLP, or Platform products.
• Proven history of shipping high-impact products with measurable business results.
• Deep understanding of ML lifecycle: data collection, feature engineering, model evaluation, deployment.
• Technical proficiency in modern AI: embeddings, classifiers, ranking systems, LLM capabilities.
• Direct experience with LLM-based evaluation and scalable data curation pipelines.
• Strong communication to synthesize technical complexity into product requirements and influence cross-functionally.

• Background in Data Science or Engineering.
