TL;DR

Location: Hybrid; Must be based in BGC, Philippines (at least one day a week in office). Working hours: 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM PHT (U.S. Pacific Time).

What you will do

• Complete an intensive eight-week training program covering Valuations Underwriting, Production Underwriting, Processing, Closing, and Funding.
• Gain hands-on skills by working through simulated files and observing live production workflows.
• Collaborate with a cohort of peers to develop operational fluency.
• Transition into a full-time production role based on performance and business needs.
• Maintain professional consistency while working U.S. Pacific Time hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Math/Statistics, or a similar field.
• 0–3 years of professional experience (fresh graduates are encouraged).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work U.S. Pacific Time hours (12 AM–9 AM Manila).
• Must be able to attend full-time on-site training for the program duration.
