What you will do

• Design and productionize ML solutions for document understanding, search, Q&A, GenAI, and virtual agents.
• Develop and maintain AI-driven backend services and APIs using Python.
• Manage the full ML lifecycle: from problem definition and data exploration to training, validation, and deployment.
• Implement system telemetry and A/B testing to validate AI model effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers as a subject matter expert in machine learning.
• Ensure strict security and compliance with HIPAA regulations for healthcare data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a quantitative field
• Minimum 6+ years of industry experience in ML development and production deployment
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch.
• Expertise in NLP, Speech, RAG, and Document Processing technologies.
• Experience with GenAI services (OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemma) and prompt engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and microservices architecture.
