What you will do

• Design printed circuit boards meeting mechanical, electrical, RF, mixed-signal, and manufacturing requirements.
• Plan and manage design activities for on-time delivery, communicating progress to stakeholders.
• Apply expertise to complex PCB layout projects with creative problem-solving.
• Collaborate daily with customers and design teams via web-based platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design and project issues across the lifecycle.
• Track hours, activities, and quality metrics using internal systems.
• Act as customer advocate to support business growth through quality execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred, or 12+ years of PCB design/layout experience.
• Strong expertise in PCB layout principles including mechanical, RF, mixed-signal, and manufacturability.
• Proficiency with Cadence Allegro or Siemens Xpedition.
• Solid understanding of IPC standards and PCB design best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple complex projects.
