What you will do
- Design and implement multiplayer gameplay systems and match mechanics for balanced player experiences.
- Build and iterate gameplay features using Unreal Engine (UE5) and visual scripting tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of artists, animators, and engineers to execute the game vision.
- Analyze playtest feedback and live data to refine gameplay systems and improve balance.
- Document gameplay features and design decisions to ensure production clarity and team alignment.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada
- 3+ years of experience working on multiplayer and/or live service games.
- At least one shipped AAA title in a gameplay design or related role.
- Strong expertise in game scripting and hands-on experience with Unreal Engine (UE5 preferred).
- Solid understanding of vector math and gameplay systems logic.
