What you will do

• Design, prototype, and own missions from concept to final implementation.
• Shape mission flow, pacing, and difficulty curves to ensure engaging player journeys.
• Combine combat, exploration, and storytelling into cohesive interactive experiences.
• Partner with systems designers to align missions with progression and core mechanics.
• Communicate design intent to creative directors, artists, engineers, and QA across the production pipeline.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience designing missions, quests, or levels on shipped AAA or mid-size titles.
• Proficiency with Unreal Engine 5.
• Strong understanding of mission design principles, including engagement loops and player motivation.
• Experience with multiplayer and open-world projects.
• Familiarity with visual scripting and sequencing tools like Blueprint or Flowgraph.
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or French.
