• Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy and success KPIs for Ninja Kitchen.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality engaging content across text, images, and videos.
• Plan and execute social campaigns and product launches using organic, influencer, and paid channels.
• Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and customer service departments to ensure cohesive branding.
• Mentor and guide junior social media team members and interns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Social Media Management with a focus on strategic execution.
• Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms and paid/organic best practices.
• Experience in influencer management and activation.
• Must be able to work onsite in Needham, MA.
