What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of complex AMR programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Define and establish program controls, reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and open issue logs.
• Develop detailed program schedules integrating engineering, installation, and execution activities.
• Oversee coordination and interdependencies of multiple projects to ensure strategic alignment and resource efficiency.
• Identify and manage program risks and issues, escalating critical concerns to leadership with mitigation strategies.
• Manage 3rd party AMR partners and vendor relationships in collaboration with product owners and SMEs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Category Program Manager.
• Deep understanding of material handling systems.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage global programs and coordinate cross-functional internal and external teams.
• Experience tracking budget data using PowerBI.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Grand Rapids, MI, United States
