TL;DR

Technical Account Manager (AI): Owning the enterprise customer technical relationship from signed contract through production with an accent on driving go-live and usage growth. Focus on triaging complex technical issues, designing implementation strategies, and partnering with Product and Engineering to close the customer feedback loop.

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA

Compensation: $220K – $280K OTE

What you will do

  • Own the full post-sale technical relationship for enterprise accounts from pre-go-live scoping to post-launch stabilization.
  • Drive customers to go-live by defining success criteria, designing implementation strategies, and managing the rollout end-to-end.
  • Triage customer technical issues, distinguishing between product bugs, integration failures, and misconfigurations.
  • Lead implementation engineers and serve as the primary technical counterpart for the customer.
  • Monitor account health proactively to identify at-risk customers and drive consumption and usage growth.
  • Translate customer pain points into crisp internal documentation, bug reports, and feature requests.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or solutions engineering at a high-growth B2B company.
  • Strong technical proficiency to read API documentation, understand system architecture, and triage integration issues.
  • Proven ability to manage a complex multi-stakeholder book of accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong project management instincts to run complex implementations end-to-end.
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and executive levels (from engineers to VPs).
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco, CA

Nice to have

  • Experience in voice AI, real-time audio/video, or telephony infrastructure.
  • Background in revenue-driving technical account management functions.
  • Experience with infrastructure, developer tools, or API-first products.
  • Experience scaling a company from Series A/B through the growth stage.
