TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (MedTech): Managing customer relationships and driving product adoption for 3D scanning and software solutions in the dental and hearing industries with an accent on onboarding, long-term business relationship development, and account growth. Focus on bridging the gap between customer feedback and internal teams to ensure maximum product value.

Location: Hybrid (Glendale, AZ). Must be able to commute 3 times per week (Tues, Wed, & Thurs)

What you will do

  • Provide proactive communication to foster engagement and build long-term brand loyalty with customers.
  • Onboard new customers by guiding them through training, support, and available resources.
  • Conduct personalized demos and trainings to increase product adoption and usage.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and technical teams to resolve escalations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Identify sales lead opportunities and drive account renewals and growth.
  • Relay customer insights and trends back to internal teams to foster a customer-centric approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a dental office or lab.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Customer Success, B2B sales, or training experience in healthcare or tech.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to commute to the Glendale, AZ office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

  • French or Spanish language proficiency.
  • Understanding of Direct and Resale Channel Distribution Models.
