TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the UK)

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 /year

What you will do

  • Develop and lead the B2B marketing and industry positioning strategy to elevate hirify.global's profile globally.
  • Manage relationships with industry press, PR contacts, and event organizers to increase market visibility.
  • Drive the industry awards strategy and coordinate high-impact submissions across commercial and editorial categories.
  • Support lead generation and outbound sales through strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Create whitepapers, industry reports, and research-led thought leadership content based on audience data.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of brand visibility and market impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B, brand, agency, or media marketing.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Proven experience marketing a publisher, media business, or public-facing brand.
  • Strong ability to produce industry-facing reports, whitepapers, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Skill in interpreting audience and campaign data into compelling commercial narratives.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
