What you will do

• Own PR strategy, collaborate with agencies on stories and pitches to position hirify.global brand in top-tier media
• Develop thought leadership for executives and identify media opportunities for buyer audience
• Lead social media strategy to build executive presence, amplify PR, and drive engagement
• Build influencer strategies for leadership and other personas to boost awareness
• Coordinate with Siemens PR teams for aligned brand positioning
• Manage channel growth, referral traffic, and brand recall metrics

Requirements

• 7+ years in PR for B2B companies
• Experience with enterprise account-based models
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and strategy unification
• Data-driven decision making for business impact
• Curiosity about B2B marketing and social media trends
