Professional Services Consultant - Fixed Ops (Virtual)

Location: Virtual US (75% travel required)

What you will do

• Deliver on-site training and consultation during new Auto/Mate Enterprise Software installations to build customer trust.
• Advise dealership management on best practices for system setup, software usage, compliance, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with management to gather data for decision-making and reporting.
• Guide creation of custom reports and dashboards tailored to client needs.
• Monitor and ensure completion of the onsite training plan throughout installations.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years dealership Fixed Ops experience (Service and/or Parts management)
• Strong training and presentation skills in group and one-on-one settings
• Excellent communication skills, including phone
• Must be eligible to work in US (EEO employer)

Nice to have

• 2-5+ years on-site implementation experience
• Prior Auto/Mate DMS experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
