What you will do

• Lead onboarding and implementation for new customers, conducting discovery and ensuring smooth transitions.
• Configure platform with custom templates, workflows, and fields to optimize client processes.
• Design and deliver live/recorded education sessions and webinars tailored to customer needs.
• Develop educational resources like guides, documentation, and video walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support to align content with updates.
• Track engagement and outcomes to improve the education program.

Requirements

• 3+ years in customer-facing training, education, or onboarding, ideally in SaaS/tech.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse technical backgrounds.
• Comfortable with one-on-one sessions and group webinars.
• Self-motivated, organized, managing multiple projects.
• AI-forward mindset with experience using AI tools for education and workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for customer success.
