Training Operations Manager (Clinical Trials)

What you will do

• Support clinical studies with up to two associated product lines and/or therapeutic areas
• Review training plans, coordinate Customer Education team resources for delivery, content development, and operations
• Finalize training delivery schedules with sponsors and update project management tools
• Coordinate timelines within the Education team, maintain deliverable schedules, and communicate risks to Project Managers
• Manage deployment of eLearning curricula and instructor-led training via Learning Management System (LMS)
• Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and reporting of training activities while collaborating with internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in human resources, education, business, or a field relevant to the clinical trial industry
• Three or more years of experience as a Training Operations Specialist within the hirify.global Education team
• Strong organizational, time-management, and creative problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• High technical aptitude, including experience administering and managing training in a Learning Management System

Nice to have

• Professional certification in adult learning or project management
