Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 + incentive pay (RevShare) and annual bonus

What you will do

• Build, drive, and optimize Search & DSP campaigns on Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc., to exceed client goals on conversions and ROI.
• Foster client relationships through weekly interactions aiming for high satisfaction and retention scores.
• Integrate hirify.global's product suite and maintain certifications for commerce media platforms.
• Analyze campaign data for insights, track performance, and communicate KPI strategies.
• Assess opportunities, implement improvements for growth, and identify new marketing strategies.
• Prioritize tasks across clients and initiatives while experimenting with new tools and strategies.

Requirements

• 2-3 years in commerce media roles executing campaigns with $70k+ monthly budgets
• Familiarity with commerce media platforms like Walmart, Target, Kroger, ABSCO, Costco
• Proven track record of successful campaign execution
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
• Strong client communication and time management skills
