What you will do

• Design and implement scalable database architectures on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Manage OCI database services, including Autonomous Transaction Processing and OCI GoldenGate.
• Oversee installation, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle maintenance of Oracle Databases (19c and later).
• Perform backup and recovery operations using RMAN, Data Guard, and OCI-native tooling.
• Optimize database performance through SQL tuning, indexing strategies, and AWR/ASH diagnostics.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and OCI Resource Manager.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Oracle Database Administration experience across on-prem and OCI.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Deep expertise in Oracle RAC, ASM, Exadata, Active Data Guard, and GoldenGate.
• Proficiency in Linux OS administration and scripting using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Must be locally located and comfortable working a 3 days in office hybrid model in Mesa, AZ.
