What you will do

• Administer, maintain, and monitor cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms
• Provision and manage VMs, storage, networking, IAM, and cloud-native services
• Deploy and support Windows and Linux servers in cloud environments
• Troubleshoot system, network, storage, and application issues
• Implement security best practices, backups, disaster recovery, and automation scripting
• Collaborate with DevOps, networking, and cybersecurity teams on deployments and incidents
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and participate in on-call rotations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
• 5+ years in systems administration with cloud infrastructure support
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong Windows Server and/or Linux support experience
• Cloud networking (VPCs, VPNs, DNS, load balancers, firewalls), IAM, and security knowledge
• Scripting with PowerShell, Bash, or Python; experience with Docker/Kubernetes and ITSM tools
• Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance

• Cloud certifications (AWS SysOps, Azure Administrator, GCP Associate Cloud Engineer)
• Hybrid cloud/on-prem experience, CI/CD, DevOps workflows
• Compliance environments (NIST, FedRAMP, HIPAA), Ansible/Chef/Puppet
• Managed databases (RDS, Azure SQL), observability (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor), SIEM/EDR
