What you will do

• Own portfolio intake, prioritization, sequencing, governance, and value realization across platform initiatives.
• Lead scoping and solutioning phases, ensuring platform-first reusable solutions and alignment with product roadmaps.
• Drive program and delivery operating models, including Agile-at-scale practices, metrics, and tooling like Azure DevOps.
• Build and lead high-performing teams of product, program, and project leaders.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and stakeholders on decisions, dependencies, and execution.
• Establish standards for SDLC, quality gates, and enterprise delivery frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Technology/Engineering + 10+ years leading product/program/portfolio/delivery in complex tech orgs.
• Demonstrated program management in scoping, solutioning, technical product leadership.
• Portfolio-level decision making, prioritization, governance experience.
• Strong people leadership of managers and senior ICs.
• Agile/hybrid delivery for complex multi-team initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder and executive communication.

• Advanced degree (MBA/MS).
• Platform engineering and reusable services experience.
• Scaled Agile/enterprise delivery models.
• Security/privacy/compliance integration.
