Location: Remote (Must be based in the US or Canada)
Salary: $135K – $185K (USD) / CA$125K – CA$175K (CAD)

What you will do
- Overhaul existing customer communications, including CRM, email, SMS, and in-app copy.
- Transition messaging from functional and direct to value-additive and relationship-driven.
- Define the company's personality and brand voice across all organic surfaces in partnership with the CEO.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to build trust and engagement.
- Develop and produce creative organic content for social media and community channels.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in creative marketing with a focus on organic growth and copywriting.
- Proven track record managing organic channels like email, SMS, and social media.
- Experience working with consumer-facing brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing writing and creative craft.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Must be based in the US or Canada.
