What you will do

• Own end-to-end strategy for embedded device program as 0-to-1 product lead across first- and third-party devices
• Define app experiences, APIs, SDKs, certification, and onboarding for hardware partners
• Build scalable infrastructure with engineering for Bluetooth/IoT ecosystem
• Develop business models, commercial terms, and success metrics for subscription growth
• Collaborate with marketing on go-to-market for device launches and user discovery
• Leverage AI for partner research, specs, analysis, and KPIs like device connections and retention lift
• Evangelize vision with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, solutions architecture, or technical program management; 4+ years in IoT/connected devices/consumer electronics
• Deep technical fluency in BLE, IoT protocols, embedded/firmware systems
• Proven track record scaling API/SDK integrations with hardware partners
• AI-native operating style (hard requirement): hands-on AI use for research, specs, analysis, and reporting
• Strong business instincts for commercial programs and cross-functional collaboration
• Analytical skills owning engagement metrics like attach rate, retention, and subscriptions
• Excellent communication for engineering, C-suite, and partners

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GPS, Cellular, Wi-Fi, RF technologies
• Experience as solutions architect or field-facing technical role
• Comfort with semi-autonomous AI systems in workflows
