US base salary: $180,347–$270,521 per year

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of complex software solutions, including backend and integration components.
- Define technical requirements, scope, architecture, and deliverables with product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Drive architectural decisions, coding standards, software quality, performance optimization, and scalability.
- Develop application frameworks, libraries, and reusable components for efficient software delivery.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote technical excellence.
- Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and technical communities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including leading the design and development of complex systems using microservice architectures.
- 10+ years of experience with JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#, plus expertise in modern development frameworks and technologies.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, scalability, and large-scale distributed applications.
- Proven ability to set technical direction, make architecture decisions, and align engineering work with business goals.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with the .NET ecosystem.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced technical certifications.
