Salary: $170K–$220K base + equity

What you will do

• Join existing product team to learn product building processes: customer research, specs, roadmapping, prototyping with Figma/Claude.
• Incubate and launch new business line from scratch, managing phases to revenue-generating products.
• Build and hire team for the new vertical you create.
• Conduct market research/analysis, A/B testing, data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, executives on high-impact problems.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in US (benefits include 401(K), US health insurance)
• Think in systems/first principles; obsessed with data stories and root causes.
• 2+ years post-MBA (or equiv) at top-tier firm; comfortable with complex projects.
• 4+ years in MBB consulting, IB, or high-growth startup.
• Run own data analysis; track record turning ambiguity into results.
• Interact with executives daily.
