What you will do

  • Deliver annual acquisition plans by achieving target volumes of active new SMBs.
  • Scale and sustain the Hunter sales force across all target cities.
  • Drive New GMV run-rate and maximize monthly individual Hunter productivity.
  • Maintain profitability guardrails including Payback period and Contribution Index (CI).
  • Implement pre- and post-activation control frameworks to reduce fraud exposure.
  • Deploy a scalable territory playbook system with standardized coaching and ramp standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading multi-city, multi-layer field teams (Managers, Supervisors, Hunters).
  • Mastery of daily/weekly rituals, pipeline visibility, and route management.
  • Deep expertise in building territory plans and coverage models.
  • Ability to drive alignment with Directors and C-level executives.
  • High literacy in Salesforce or equivalent CRM with strict forecasting hygiene.
  • Experience scaling mass acquisition channels under strict payback and MAC constraints.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with implementing AI or productivity tools to enhance field quality and output.
