What you will do
- Deliver annual acquisition plans by achieving target volumes of active new SMBs.
- Scale and sustain the Hunter sales force across all target cities.
- Drive New GMV run-rate and maximize monthly individual Hunter productivity.
- Maintain profitability guardrails including Payback period and Contribution Index (CI).
- Implement pre- and post-activation control frameworks to reduce fraud exposure.
- Deploy a scalable territory playbook system with standardized coaching and ramp standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading multi-city, multi-layer field teams (Managers, Supervisors, Hunters).
- Mastery of daily/weekly rituals, pipeline visibility, and route management.
- Deep expertise in building territory plans and coverage models.
- Ability to drive alignment with Directors and C-level executives.
- High literacy in Salesforce or equivalent CRM with strict forecasting hygiene.
- Experience scaling mass acquisition channels under strict payback and MAC constraints.

- Familiarity with implementing AI or productivity tools to enhance field quality and output.
