What you will do

• Monitor real-time fleet safety alerts and environmental conditions to execute immediate incident response protocols.
• Coordinate dispatch of partner shipments and internal autonomous vehicle testing missions.
• Troubleshoot mission-critical technical issues remotely as the primary escalation point.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support product improvements.
• Maintain operational records and documentation for safety and reporting compliance.
• Utilize software and diagnostic tools to optimize fleet performance and resolve hurdles.
• Manage relationships with third-party partners and provide customer service.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in logistics or transportation.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility for varying shifts, including evenings, overnight (3rd shift), and weekends.
• Valid US Driver’s License.
