What you will do

• Execute the full UX lifecycle for Career Websites, from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity design and launch.
• Translate employer brand strategies into intuitive, candidate-centric digital experiences to drive engagement and conversion.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma using auto layout, components, and design tokens.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, copywriters, and developers to ensure design fidelity and technical feasibility.
• Perform heuristic evaluations and accessibility reviews to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
• Prepare detailed developer handoff specifications and annotations for responsive states and edge cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of professional experience in web, UX, or digital design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto layout, variants, design systems).
• Proven track record of designing responsive, system-based websites.
• Experience designing within CMS or platform environments.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for technical communication.
