What you will do

• Translate ESG workflows into intuitive user journeys, high-fidelity UI, interaction specs, and clickable prototypes for modules like site collaboration and risk dashboards.
• Conduct end-to-end UX research including stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and insight synthesis into problem statements and design decisions.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems with tokens, components, and accessibility guidelines, partnering with engineering for feasible implementations.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and experts to align on requirements, presenting bilingual artefacts to regional stakeholders.
• Introduce AI-driven innovations like prompt-based ideation, vibe-coding, and automated checks to accelerate iteration and improve quality.

Requirements

• 5–8 years in digital product design, preferably enterprise/B2B, delivering complex workflows end-to-end from research to validation.
• Fluent English (spoken/written); Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
• Advanced Figma proficiency (tokens, components, variants) plus prototyping tools.
• Experience with AI-assisted design (prompt-driven ideation, vibe-coding, AI component generation, library management).
• UX research skills in qualitative/quantitative methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing).
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility, responsive design, and articulating design trade-offs.

Nice to have

• Mandarin Chinese fluency.
• AI-assisted coding for UI prototypes.
