TL;DR
Staff Product Manager, Commercial Sales Enablement (SaaS): Driving the Commercial Catalog, Pricing, and Billing workstream to enable scalable software monetization for commercial sales with an accent on the quote-to-cash lifecycle and monetization platforms. Focus on designing scalable pricing constructs, reducing seller friction, and integrating complex billing systems.
Location: Hybrid (Warren, Michigan). Must be based in the US. Relocation benefits may be available.

What you will do
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the Commercial Catalog, Pricing, and Billing workstream.
- Lead the full quote-to-cash lifecycle, including quoting, order management, rating, invoicing, payments, and renewals.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Engineering to build a scalable commercial backbone for software monetization.
- Establish governance for catalog changes, pricing approvals, and discounting policies to ensure a single source of truth.
- Track and optimize key success metrics such as quote cycle time, billing accuracy, and revenue realization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience with Staff-level Product Management in SaaS, e-commerce, or enterprise platforms.
- Hands-on experience with CPQ, billing, or ERP monetization platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, SAP, Oracle).
- Deep understanding of quote-to-cash processes and the ability to work with technical teams on APIs and data models.
- Proven track record of leading large, ambiguous problem spaces from concept to outcome.
- Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
- Expected to report to the Warren, Michigan office at least 3 times a week (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Experience in automotive, mobility, industrial, or complex B2B domains.
- Background in subscriptions, usage-based pricing, or multi-year contracts.
- Experience with global catalogs supporting multiple regions, currencies, and tax regimes.
- Prior experience with the Zuora Billing Platform.
