What you will do

• Define and execute the roadmap for platform features supporting Core, Cloud, and Synthetic Monitoring lines.
• Act as the primary liaison between Product Management and Platform Engineering to enable scale and technology evolutions.
• Strengthen the API-first strategy to improve customer infrastructure integration.
• Own the strategy, lifecycle, and roadmap for all company telemetry agents.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to productize and package OnPrem vs SaaS deployments.
• Extend platform capabilities in topology, event management, and telemetry enrichment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management or Engineering experience in Network Engineering, NMS, or DDoS detection.
• Practitioner-level knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, BGP, SNMP, and Streaming Telemetry.
• Comfort navigating deeply technical topics like large-scale distributed systems and API management.
• Ability to drive projects independently within a geographically distributed team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

• Prior experience with SaaS companies, focusing on scale and foundation.
• Expertise in Metrics platforms, Network Flow Monitoring, or Inter Domain Routing.
• Interest in Big Data and programmatic analysis using SQL.
• Experience with Network Automation or Network-focused ML/AI.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure Security best practices.
