Salary: $290,000–$396,000 Annual

What you will do

• Define and drive the long-term scientific strategy for biologics research aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee drug discovery milestones including screening cascades, molecular design, candidate selection, and IND-enabling studies.
• Partner with Technical Operations, Clinical, Toxicology, and Regulatory teams to support first-in-human translation.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing biologics research organization of over 50 scientists.
• Serve as a scientific advisor to senior executives and represent the organization to external partners.

Requirements

• PhD or equivalent degree.
• 15+ years of experience in biopharma or biotech R&D with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Deep expertise in protein engineering and knowledge of adaptive immunology.
• Experience with in vivo pharmacology, PK/PD strategy, and preclinical CMC.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New Hampshire office.
