What you will do

• Lead the design and execution of quantitative research and evaluation projects across Learning Supports initiatives.
• Perform complex inferential analyses for both causal and non-causal research questions.
• Develop and document reproducible, collaborative analytic workflows and quality control procedures.
• Mentor junior staff by reviewing and strengthening their analytic code and outputs.
• Translate complex analytic findings into clear, actionable insights for client reports and presentations.
• Manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with leadership and clients.

Requirements

• Master's degree with 4 years or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant quantitative research experience.
• Experience leading quantitative research or evaluation projects, preferably for public-sector or education clients.
• Proficiency in R, Stata, or Python for applied quantitative analysis.
• Experience managing analytic datasets and maintaining reproducible workflows.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
• Employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B) is not available.

Nice to have
