What you will do

• Schedule customer orders and monitor material availability to improve on-time delivery KPIs.
• Analyze demand and supply to identify shortages and develop effective resolutions.
• Manage customer and internal escalations to meet quarterly revenue targets and improve satisfaction.
• Coordinate material call-off from sourcing sites to distribution centers.
• Optimize inventory turn rates and balance customer service levels with inventory levels.
• Collaborate with S&OP teams to contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement concepts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or an equivalent field.
• 3-5 years of professional work experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Proficiency in SAP and dedicated planning software.
• Strong analytical thinking and mathematical abilities for complex data analysis.
• Experience with project management and MS Office.
