TL;DR

Supply Chain Analyst: Develop and execute supply chain strategies, manage inventory accuracy as part of MRP, lead cross-functional projects with an accent on supplier management, KPIs, and data analysis. Focus on analyzing trends, directing suppliers for reliable operations, and designing performance metrics.

Location: Salt Lake City, UT (onsite, US Citizenship or Permanent Residence required due to ITAR/EAR restrictions, no sponsorship)

What you will do

  • Analyze inventory trends, identify discrepancies, and implement process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Direct supplier actions based on inventory risk and demand, track performance, create scorecards, onboard new suppliers, and develop SOPs.
  • Collect and analyze supply chain data from SAP and other systems, design and refine KPIs, interpret data, and provide insights to leadership via dashboards.
  • Lead cross-functional special projects, define scope, metrics, and recommendations to improve supply chain performance.
  • Own continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Operations, or 4+ years of supply chain experience
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Residence (ITAR/EAR compliance, no sponsorship)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/SUMIF, charts)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems
