Supply Planner

TL;DR

Supply Planner: Manage a defined portfolio of products and coordinate end-to-end supply chain across Logistics, Operations, Customer Service, and Commercial teams with an accent on inventory balancing, supplier constraints, and OTIF performance. Focus on monitoring aged inventory, driving cross-functional coordination, and continuously improving planning processes using data-driven tools.

Location: Dublin, OH. Hybrid work schedule. M, W, TH onsite.

What you will do

• Manage purchasing with contracted suppliers and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Balance inventory levels with supplier and transport constraints.
• Monitor and reduce aged inventory while ensuring product availability.
• Drive On Time In Full (OTIF) performance through cross-functional coordination.
• Escalate issues promptly to enable fast decision-making.
• Continuously improve planning processes and supplier performance using SAP, Excel, and Tableau.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• SAP experience preferred; strong Excel and analytical skills required.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.
