What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end supply planning, including production planning and material procurement to maintain efficient operations.
• Align production schedules with supply plans through coordination with production teams and demand requirements.
• Manage inventory and safety stock policies to ensure supply continuity and reduce stockouts or excess.
• Execute purchasing activities for production materials and finished goods, ensuring timely order execution.
• Maintain and update MRP planning parameters to ensure accurate material requirements planning.
• Ensure strict compliance with medical and industry regulations, including FDA and GMP requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2-3+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or purchasing, preferably in the medtech industry.
• Proven experience managing inventory and coordinating with suppliers and production teams.
• Proficiency using MRP and ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.
• Must already have full-time work authorization in the USA; sponsorship (e.g., H-1B) is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience using Power BI to develop dashboards for supply chain KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret supply chain data and identify trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
