What you will do

• Manage daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments and delivery flows.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customs, and shipping providers to ensure timely material procurement and transport.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP and reconcile physical counts with system data.
• Negotiate rates and terms with third-party freight carriers to optimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, including EAR and ITAR standards.
• Collaborate with site teams to forecast material requirements and resolve supply discrepancies.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Boden, Sweden
• Professional proficiency in both English and Swedish required
• 3–5 years of experience in materials coordination, logistics, or site operations
• Strong understanding of Swedish customs procedures and transport regulations
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and logistics tracking software
• Experience with heavy construction materials and complex delivery schedules

Nice to have

• Previous experience in steel plants, energy projects, or process industry facilities
• Knowledge of local logistics providers and construction regulations in Sweden
