What you will do

• Manage operational activities related to customs and Export Control.
• Coordinate and arrange customs clearance for imports and exports.
• Audit import and export customs entries for accuracy, including tariff codes, exchange rates, and Incoterms.
• Identify duty-saving opportunities and leverage Free Trade Agreements and drawback schemes.
• Maintain and update Export Control master data to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate weekly import meetings with internal stakeholders and clearing agents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3 years of experience in Customs, Trade Compliance, and Import/Export Operations.
• Advanced knowledge of South African customs regulations and international trade flows.
• Ability to prioritize critical issues and drive timely resolution.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
