What you will do

• Execute capital projects ensuring they are delivered according to contract, within scope, time, budget, and quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Automation, Supply Chain, and Service teams.
• Manage stakeholder relationships within a matrix organization to ensure business results.
• Implement the newest food processing technologies to drive process optimization and sustainability.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, safety, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Project Management or equivalent engineering roles.
• Background in technology or engineering, preferably within the food processing industry.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.

Nice to have

• BSc or MSc degree in Engineering.
• PMI certification.
• Experience managing waterfall projects.
