TL;DR

Senior Salesforce Developer (Salesforce): Architecting and delivering complex Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, and declarative tooling with an accent on DevOps practices and platform integration strategy. Focus on designing high-performance components, optimizing SOQL/SOSL, and integrating Salesforce with GCP services including AI/ML APIs.

What you will do

  • Design and maintain complex Lightning Web Components (LWC) focusing on performance, accessibility, and reusability.
  • Develop robust Apex classes, triggers, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Optimize declarative solutions using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Custom Metadata.
  • Collaborate with IT Leads in 2-week Agile sprints to decompose requirements and ship production-ready features.
  • Manage DevOps pipelines including CI/CD, source control, and release coordination.
  • Perform peer code reviews and ensure unit test coverage of 85% or higher.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in LWC (custom events, wire service, platform events) and Advanced Apex (OOP, async processing).
  • Deep experience with Flow Builder, Custom Objects, and the Salesforce security model.
  • Ability to deliver full-stack Salesforce solutions independently without day-to-day supervision.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira and Confluence.
  • Must be based in Colombia or Mexico.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Flosum.
  • Familiarity with SFDX, Git-based workflows, and metadata API deployments.
  • Integration experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Vertex AI, Dialogflow, or Cloud Pub/Sub.
  • Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I, DevOps Engineer) or GCP certifications.
